You must be at least 21 years old to register and play on AionPlay. This is a firm, non-negotiable requirement. Age is checked during the KYC verification process. Any account found to belong to a player under 21 will be suspended immediately and all associated balances will be frozen pending review.
No — each player is allowed exactly one account. Creating duplicate accounts under different emails, phone numbers, or devices is a violation of our Terms & Conditions. If duplicates are detected, all associated accounts may be permanently suspended, including any active balance. If you have trouble accessing your existing account, contact support rather than creating a new one.
KYC verification requires a valid, government-issued Philippine ID. A passport, driver's license, UMID, or SSS ID are all accepted. You may also be asked to submit a clear selfie and a recent proof of address, such as a utility bill or bank statement. This is a one-time process and helps protect your account and any winnings on file.
