aionplay Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

aionplay is available exclusively to individuals who are 21 years of age or older and are physically located in the Philippines at the time of accessing the platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet both of these requirements.

You must not register or use aionplay if you are prohibited from doing so under any applicable law or regulation. Players who are found to be underage will have their accounts closed immediately and any funds held pending review.

• You must be at least 21 years old to register and play.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in the Philippines.
• Only one personal account per individual is permitted.
• Employees of aionplay and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in real-money gaming.

2. Account Registration and Verification

To access real-money gaming on aionplay, you are required to complete a full account registration and pass identity verification (KYC). You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including a valid Philippine mobile number and a government-issued ID.

aionplay reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity, age, or source of funds. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or the withholding of pending withdrawals.

• All information provided during registration must be truthful and accurate.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must notify aionplay immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
• Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Your account is personal and non-transferable.
• aionplay may verify your contact details via OTP (one-time password) to your registered Philippine mobile number.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on aionplay are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Deposits are accepted via GCash, Maya, and Philippine online banking or bank transfer. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as payment methods.

Deposits are credited to your account balance once confirmed by the relevant payment channel. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and banking hours. aionplay does not guarantee immediate credit in cases where the payment provider experiences delays.

Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment channel used for your most recent deposit, subject to identity verification being complete. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within standard business hours. You may be required to provide supporting documentation before a withdrawal is approved.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are shown during the deposit process.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to verified accounts.
• aionplay reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending fraud investigation or verification review.
• Any fees charged by the payment provider are the responsibility of the player.
• Unused balances in dormant accounts may be subject to review after an extended period of inactivity.

4. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on aionplay — whether on sports events, casino games, or other gaming categories — are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product. General betting rules apply alongside any product-specific terms displayed at the time of wagering.

Once a bet is confirmed and placed, it cannot be changed, cancelled, or refunded unless the relevant event is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned under conditions that trigger void rules as outlined in the applicable sport or game rules. aionplay's decision on bet settlement is final.

• Bets are only valid once confirmed by the system and deducted from your balance.
• In-play bets are subject to fast-changing odds and may be declined by the system if odds move before confirmation.
• If a sporting event is postponed and not played within a specified period, wagers on that event will be voided and stakes returned.
• aionplay reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds due to manifest error.
• Maximum stake limits apply per event, market, and account tier. VIP members may have increased limits as per their tier benefits.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

aionplay may offer bonuses, promotional credits, or other incentives to registered players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be displayed at the time the offer is presented.

General rules apply to all bonus activity on the platform. Bonus funds are separate from your real-money balance until any applicable wagering requirements are met. aionplay reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

• Bonuses are only available to players who have completed identity verification.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to multi-accounting or collusion — may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and account suspension.
• Bonus terms including wagering requirements, eligible games, and expiry periods are set per promotion and are binding.
• aionplay does not guarantee the availability of any specific promotion at any given time.

6. Responsible Gaming

aionplay is committed to supporting responsible gaming practices. Online gaming and sports betting involve real financial risk, and there is no guaranteed outcome in any wager or game. The platform is intended as entertainment, not as an income source or financial strategy.

Tools are available in your account to help manage your gaming activity, including deposit limits and session tracking. • aionplay reserves the right to limit, suspend, or close accounts where there is evidence of problem gambling behaviour.
• Players may request self-exclusion from the platform at any time by contacting support.
• Players must be 21 years of age or older. Age verification will be enforced at registration and at any point during account activity.
• Never gamble with money needed for daily living expenses. Set a budget and stick to it before each session.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Players are expected to use aionplay in good faith and in accordance with these terms. Certain actions are prohibited and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities.

• Creating more than one account per individual.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or fraudulent financial activity.
• Providing false information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts the normal operation of the platform or other players' experience.

aionplay reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct and take appropriate action, including permanent closure and withholding of any balance pending investigation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on aionplay — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, software, and the overall design of the platform — is the property of aionplay or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any content on aionplay without prior written permission. Accessing the platform does not grant you any licence or ownership rights over its content.

9. Limitation of Liability

aionplay provides the platform on an "as available" basis and makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary unavailability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, aionplay is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including losses resulting from technical failures, connection issues, or betting outcomes.

• aionplay is not responsible for losses resulting from connection failures on the player's end during a gaming session.
• Game or bet results displayed after a technical disruption are subject to the outcome recorded by the platform's servers.
• aionplay does not guarantee that any game or feature will be available at all times.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

aionplay reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, breach of these terms, or prohibited conduct. Where an account is closed due to a breach, any balance may be forfeited subject to investigation findings.

Players may also close their own account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining verified balance will be processed for withdrawal subject to standard verification requirements.

• Accounts inactive for an extended period may be subject to a dormancy review.
• aionplay will attempt to notify a player before account closure where possible, except in cases of suspected fraud or urgent security concerns.
• Any open bets at the time of account closure will be settled according to standard rules once the relevant events conclude.

11. Privacy and Data

aionplay collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal information as described in that document.

Your data is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and communication about your account. aionplay does not sell personal data to third parties. Data handling practices are described in full in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

12. Changes to These Terms

aionplay may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

For significant changes, aionplay may notify registered players via the contact details on their account. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically to stay informed of the current terms.
